These terms apply when you use Fleet Count, a service run by Go Live Data Ltd. By signing in you agree to them. If you order data from us, the order is also covered by the contract or order form we agree with you.

Who can use it
Fleet Count is for business use. Access is by invitation or approval, and you must sign in with your own work Google or Microsoft account. Do not share your account.
Using the counts
- Counts are estimates built from public and licensed sources and may change as data is refreshed.
- You may use counts, charts and reports inside your business, and share them with colleagues and clients to plan campaigns.
- You must not try to identify individual businesses, copy the service, scrape it, get round its limits, or resell counts as a data product.
Data requests
A request is not an order. We will contact you with a quote. Sole traders and partnerships are supplied for direct mail and telemarketing only. Supplied data is used under the licence terms in your order.
Fair use
To keep the service fast for everyone, we limit how many counts one account can run each minute. We may suspend accounts that misuse the service.
Our responsibility
We take care to keep the service accurate and available but cannot promise it will be error free or always online. We are not liable for indirect losses or lost profits. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Changes and law
We may update these terms and will show the new date at the top. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
